E2MTHDI environmental sensor module makes it possible to remotely monitor ambient temperature and humidity, as well as up to two dry contact connections, in network environments. The E2MTHDI works with PowerAlert Device Manager (available as a free download) and UPS systems and PDUs that have an LX Platform network card (WEBCARDLX or WEBCARDLXS). Events are recorded in the event log of your device’s PowerAlert Device Manager interface. Know If Conditions Become Too Hot or Humid for Your Equipment You can set your own values for maximum temperature and humidity levels in network closets, server rooms and data centers. If levels exceed set values, an event is recorded. Using this environment temperature sensor is a convenient way to keep equipment operating in optimal conditions around the clock without on-site personnel. |
